Be sure to read through ALL of the information below. Failure to read through the information provided could negatively affect student performance and grades. If you have ANY questions not addressed in the Weekly Announcement you may email me directly at [email protected].
MODULE 9 CLOSING: The Module 9 Closing will be on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. All exit tickets and assignments for Module 9 will close by 2:00 PM on the test date (Tuesday, January 19, 2021), and nothing can be submitted after that time. Students with accommodations will not be provided extended time after the closing date and time.
MODULE 9 TEST: The Module 9 Test will be on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. All students are expected to take the Module 9 Test when assigned. In the past there have been several students who have not made the effort to take the module test as assigned. Therefore, any student not taking the Module 9 Test as assigned and does not provide proper documentation for an excused absence will forfeit any and all Kahoot! points from being applied to the module.
HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR PARENTS (AND STUDENTS): Earlier this year I posted the following article, Helpful Information for Parents, help keep parents informed of what the course is about. The article is also helpful for students, especially with the number recently added to the course. If you are a new student to the course please take the time to read the article. This will help you catch up with insights that other students have already been given or figured out over the first semester.
COMMENTING ON TEAMS PAGE: Please refrain from commenting on the Teams page. Comments pertaining to one student does not need to become information shared with the entire class. If there is something you need to inform me of you may email me at [email protected]. I have tried to leave this option open so that students may ask questions during LIVE sessions in the chat that pertain to the lesson (not to inform me why you were late, problems with mics, saying hello, etc). Comments made on assignments or posts change the order in which they are viewable by students in the Teams page. You may still use the reaction buttons as this does not disrupt the Teams page.
